As I age, my circulation diminishes and I get uncomfortably cold in the winter. I happened to see these shoes at the Amazon store a few weeks ago and was intrigued. Teva makes fantastic sandals and over the years I have had several pair of them. But winter boots???!!! I have to say the $150 price was a bit off-putting. But I bit the bullet and ordered them. If I wasn't happy, I could always send them back to Amazon and get my money back. Well I've had them for a couple of weeks now and found them to be amazing. They deliver everything promised. Warm, dry and comfortable. Highly recommended!
MORE -- Now it's been a couple months and the New England Winter has set in (It's currently noon and topping out in the mid-teens). My feet are HOT, not warm. These shoes are amazing. Extremely light (for "winter boots") and comfortable. Teva has conquered the swimming pool deck and now the North Country. Best investment I've made ever!
Probably the best pair of shoes I've ever owned, July 5, 2012 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Teva Men's Forge Pro Winter Mid Insulated Waterproof Hiking Boot (Apparel) I bought these shoes based on how much I've loved Teva's products in the past, including a pair of river shoes I'd gotten the summer before I purchased these. I haven't been disappointed in these at all. Though they are a bit heavy, they are crazy warm (almost too warm to wear inside), the waterproofing holds up, and they're very comfortable.
The best test I've given so far was last December, I wore them snowshoeing near Winter Park, CO to cut down a Christmas tree. Being out in the snow for many hours, hiking 5-6 miles, and standing in place long enough to saw down a tree, my toes only got the slightest bit cold, and that was only when I was just standing around watching my friend cut down his tree.
I'm strongly considering buying another pair to keep around until these wear out, except for all I know, that could be years from now.

I am a delivery driver and bought them to wear in the rain. I have worn them only 3 times so far but am very happy with the shoes. Very short breakin time and are very comfortable. I would recommend these shoes.
