good boot but thought it was bad at first, August 20, 2012 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Ariat Men's Workhog Pull-On Boot (Apparel) When I first got the boots they were loose at the heel and I wanted to return them but wore them a few more days and love how they looked also these boots aren't good for me to work in because of the looseness at the heel but for just walking around in after work is a whole different story very comfortable light and once again nice looking once these are worn out I will buy another pair for everyday use and also the costumer service was awesome when I buy from amazon I have no trouble at all with them or their product and if there is they take care of it quickly
